Welcome! I am Nobu Matsumura, a fingerstyle guitar player & arranger.

It has been 17 years since I left Japan with a guitar in my hand, and I am based in Chiang Mai, a city in northern Thailand, where I perform and teach guitar.

​

Since 2017, I have traveled around the world to fulfill my dream of touring the world while performing on the streets. I have now traveled to 29 countries and performed in over 100 cities. Below is a list of countries where I have performed.

Japan, Taiwan, Australia, Thailand, Italy, Austria, Croatia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Portugal, and England.

Currently I am in Chiang Mai, temporarily suspended due to the Corona.
